CPSC, INC. (Commercial Property Services) provides owners of commercial and industrial properties with leasing, management, brokerage and auxiliary services aimed at strengthening asset performance and enhancing value.  In today's market, that means taking an individualized approach, providing in-depth analysis along with a well-coordinated strategy and sound financial data.

A locally owned business, Commercial Property Services has extensive experience within Southern California markets.  As a small company Commercial Property Services is both accessible and accountable; there are no management layers. Instead, we employ the skills and expertise gained at nationally known firms to serve our clients, without costly overhead.

David H. Bradburne is the founder of Commercial Property Services which has been in business since 1995.  Commercial Property Services specializes in office and industrial leasing, property management and construction management of commercial/industrial buildings.  Currently Commercial Property Services provides leasing and/or management services of over 1MM square feet of office and industrial space in the Orange County Market.  Additionally, Commercial Property Services completes an average of over 100 lease transactions annually as well as direct management of construction and tenant improvements totaling approximately $3MM annually.


David Bradburne’s impressive real estate background includes four years (1987-1991) at Grubb & Ellis Company in Newport Beach, California as an Office and Industrial Specialist where he was directly responsible for sales, leasing and investment transactions for a wide array of industrial and commercial properties in Orange County, California.


As the director of Leasing at PM Realty Group (1991-1995), the fourth largest private, full service property management company in the United States, David was directly responsible for the leasing and property management for 22MM s.f. in the Western region.  This included leasing of the 5MM s.f. Irvine Company office portfolio, as well as, overseeing the acquisition, development and construction of 40 Southern California industrial sites for large corporate clients.


David has led the way to be an industry leader.  He is a sales and marketing professional with a diverse client base and a strong grasp of the Southern California commercial/industrial real estate markets.  He is experienced in both the analysis and negotiation of complex financial transactions.  He has a thorough knowledge of the development process and of industrial and corporate users.  He maintains an outstanding record of developing long term business relationships.
